Because ABELDent v15 builds on the software and skills your team already knows, it is easy to update to it with minimal disruption, a short learning curve, and fast access to its significant benefits.
Guided Update Services (GUS) helps make your move to ABELDent v15 easy and worry-free. Instead of learning the new version after the upgrade, your team can gain hands-on experience beforehand in a “sandbox” that consists of a cloud-based learning environment populated with a copy of your clinic’s data. Accessible from your existing office or home computers, the sandbox lets staff learn at their own pace whenever time permits, ensuring a smooth transition to v15.
As a Software Maintenance subscriber, GUS is available to you at a one-time cost of $2500, discounted as a limited-time special offer from the list price of $4000. As an additional limited-time incentive to master the v15 update, we will provide a $200 credit per person (up to 5 staff members, for a total of $1,000) for completing the ABELDent Learning Management course and updating to v15.
The ongoing fees for ABELDent Portal users remain unchanged, whereas non-portal users will see a $150/month increase to cover the cost of Patient & Cloud Services, which includes patient communication and AI capabilities. Text messages are billed monthly, retroactively, at 1 cent for every 160 characters.
