- Collaboration with IT Vendors & MSPs – We work closely with dental-focused IT and Managed Service Providers to ensure maximum protection. Please share your IT vendor’s details so we can coordinate directly with them to help us help you.

This eliminates the need for third-party applications to directly access your database, helping you avoid unnecessary risks, technical complications, and additional subscription costs.
Important Security Notice
Please ignore if you are not using and not considering third-party patient communication solutions.
Given the rapid growth of AI-driven cyber threats, we are increasingly concerned about third-party communication systems that require read/write access to your ABELDent database. Please note that we do not, and have never had, any operational business relationship with vendors that access your data without a secure API provided by us. If you are using such third-party products, your patient data is increasingly at risk. To read from and write to an ABELDent database, these products, which may have good intentions, create access points that malicious third parties can also leverage. This level of access increases the likelihood that attackers can extract patient information, resulting in serious privacy breaches. While your practice is ultimately and totally responsible for safeguarding patient data, we are concerned about the heightened risks posed by third-party systems and the potential impact on your operations, compliance, reputation and the life of your practice. We can provide the best possible protection if you do not allow any third-party access to your data. However, with your formal approval and recognition of the incremental risk, we can provide secure API access to qualified third-party software vendors.
Special Upgrade Offer:
- If your pre-v15 version includes ABELDent Portal, you pay nothing extra – a 100% discount on the regular $150/month cloud cost.
- If your version does not include Portal, the upgrade to Cloud with PCS is $150/month – a 66% discount compared to the combined regular price of $450/month for Microsoft Azure hosting and PCS.
If internet bandwidth is a concern, contact us for low-bandwidth cloud solutions. While Local Plus remains an option, please note that your team and IT provider will bear full responsibility for data security.
